Massage has been around for centuries for healing purposes.  Performing facial massage not only tones and brightens skin, it also enhances circulation and helps the skin release impurities that cleansers can't reach.

Performing face massage while applying your facial products not only enhances skin, it can also be an effective way to reduce overall tension.

Here are three massage techniques to try right away:

The scalp pull increases circulation to your hair roots which can promote hair growth along with it's relaxing feel.  How to... Place your hands under your hair against your scalp.  Gently pull your hair and hold.  Continue this over your entire head.

Ear massage helps reduce overall tension.  All you do is squeeze your ear, starting at your earlobes and working up.  Repeat several times.  You can end this massage with gently pulling on your ears.

The forehead relaxer is a method that helps reduce fine lines by relaxing the muscles of your forehead.  You place all your fingertips on your forehead, starting with your pinkies inside your inner eyebrows, thumbs on your temples, index + middle + ring fingers at your hairline.  Apply gentle pressure while slightly rotating your hands for a handful of seconds.  Repeat as desired.

In case reading that is as clear as mud, here's a quick video demonstration on how to them.

Notice how these techniques rejuvenate you!
